1. Acceptance
By using this site to create, preview, or order a photo book, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What Tripleaf does
You upload photos from a trip. We help select and lay them out into a book you review before ordering. Printing and shipping are done by Prodigi from the facility that matches your order.
Every book is a custom, personalised product made from your photos and choices. That matters for cancellation and returns.
3. Your account and orders
You are responsible for what you upload and for what you approve before ordering. An order is placed once checkout and payment complete. Prices at checkout come from a live printer quote for your book and destination, and are only guaranteed once paid.
4. Your photos
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant Tripleaf a limited licence to store, process, reproduce, and print that content solely to create, preview, and fulfil your order (including sending it to Anthropic for layout help and to Prodigi for printing).
You confirm you have the right to print every photo, that it does not infringe others’ rights, and that it is not illegal. We may refuse a book that appears to breach that.
5. Price and payment
Payment is processed by Stripe once live. Tripleaf does not store full card details.
6. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates. Some formats for Australia are printed overseas and can take longer. If we cannot ship within the time stated at order (or 30 days if none was stated), we will tell you and, where the US FTC mail-order rule applies, give you the option to wait or cancel for a refund.
7. Right to cancel
Because the book is made to your specification, it is exempt from the usual 14-day change-of-mind right for personalised goods in the EU/UK, and the same idea applies under Australian Consumer Law once production has started. You can cancel for a full refund before we send the final file to the printer.
8. If something is wrong
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent law where you live. If the book arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the approved preview, contact us with photos and we will arrange a reprint or refund.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to consumer guarantees, Tripleaf’s liability for a claim about an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Fairness
If a clause is found unfair, it will not be enforced against you and the rest of these terms still apply.
11. Intellectual property
The Tripleaf name, logo, and site design belong to us. That does not affect your ownership of your photos.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as the business grows. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
